Payments

Payments to San Diego EarthWorks may be made via check or credit card

• Mail payment checks made out to San Diego EarthWorks, to:
  

  San Diego EarthWorks
  PO Box 9827
  San Diego, CA 92169

• Payment by VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card may be made either by:
  1) Login to the registration system and scroll down to the Financial section.
  2) Call the office at 858-272-7370.

     Invoices, optionally showing payment made, can be generated in the Financial section of the registration system.

Cancellation and Refunds

• For exhibitors who have paid in full, all exhibitor fees will be returned for refund requests received before April 5.
• For exhibitors who have paid in full, for refund requests received between April 6 and April 18, we will refund half of the exhibitor fees.
• No refunds will be issued for requests received after April 19.
